Hitting

• Using blast motion to assess specific metric points from your swing, I will develop a plan on areas where you can improve your swing. Blast motion breaks down the swing into three areas, it analyzes plane, connection, and rotation and has specific data points in each category that we will look at to improve your hitting ability.

Throwing

• These are not pitching lessons, they are throwing lessons that can easily translate to pitching.
• Want to increase your arm strength, velocity, accuracy, and arm motion? I can help
• Whether you are an infielder, outfielder, catcher, or pitcher learning how to throw is one of the most basic fundamentals that scouts look at.

Fielding

• Whether you are an infielder, outfielder, or catcher I can help you build you into a gold glove caliber fielder.
• Footwork, hands, and hand- eye coordination drills.
